How we handle your data when you use CodelessIQ.
Last updated: July 2026
1. Overview
CodelessIQ ("we") operates an AI-assisted application builder with agent workflows, sandbox execution, and validation tooling. This policy describes what we collect and why when you use our web workspace and marketing site.
2. Information we collect
Account data (name, email, organization) via Clerk authentication; usage metadata required to run workflows (prompts, generated artifacts, job IDs); technical logs for reliability and security. We do not sell personal data.
3. How we use data
To authenticate users, operate agent pipelines, provision sandboxes, stream progress, improve product reliability, and communicate service updates. AI prompts and outputs may be processed by third-party model providers per your configuration.
4. Third-party services
We use Clerk (auth), cloud infrastructure, and LLM routing (e.g. OpenRouter) as subprocessors. Each operates under its own terms; we select providers with security and data-handling standards appropriate for developer tooling.
5. Data retention
We retain account and workspace data while your account is active and as needed for legal, security, and backup obligations. You may request deletion of your account subject to applicable law and operational constraints.
6. Your rights
Depending on jurisdiction, you may access, correct, export, or delete personal data. Contact privacy@codeless-iq.dev for requests. EU/UK users may have additional rights under GDPR.
7. Security
We apply industry-standard controls: encryption in transit, access controls, and isolated sandbox execution for untrusted generated code. No system is perfectly secure; report issues to security@codeless-iq.dev.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via the product or email where appropriate.
